Students explore various aspects of art and art mediums including watercolor, acrylics, drawing. mixed media, photography, 3-dimensional art and art history.
This course is for grades 3–6 and focuses on basics of good choral singing and musicianship. Students learn and perform a varied repertoire throughout the year.
This year-long course package for grades 1 and 2, offers two class periods on Wednesdays. For one period, students will take History for 16 weeks per semester. For the other period they will have a rotation of fine arts, music, and PE/fitness (10-11 weeks of each).
Using a modified kindergarten curriculum that is age and developmentally appropriate, this class is designed for students who need an extra year of social emotional development and foundational academic skills before starting Kindergarten.
Youth choir is a semester-long performance class that teaches the basics of good choral singing, vocal health, support for developing and changing teen/preteen voices, and musicianship for grades 7 through 12.
