This half-day course package includes Social Studies and Fine Arts. Students will experience one semester of music and one semester of art.

Individual Course Descriptions
Social Studies: Students will learn about family and culture, how to be a good citizen, basic geography, maps, and beginning economics concepts.
Fine Arts/Music: Students will explore art through various mediums including paint, clay, collage, drawing and other means of art media. They will be introduced to artists, art terminology and types of art. For the Music portion, students will be introduced to music theory, and explore music through rhythm, beat, dynamics, pitch and performance.
CURRICULUM & REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include class attendance and class participation. Some practice assignments may be required to be done at home.
