Barbara Dickerson

Barbara Dickerson graduated from the University of Houston in Houston, TX, with a bachelor’s degree in education. Receiving her teaching credential for grades 1 – 8, she has taught in public school, Christian schools, and home schooled her own three children for 13 years. She has a heart for home-schoolers and their desire to educate their children and help them become the BEST at who they have been created to be. Teaching is a passion for her and she has loved her time with BYA the last three years teaching math to grades 1 – 6 at the YL, LM, and TV campuses. When not teaching she enjoys doing Bible studies, walking, reading, spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and extended family in TX.
