About Mr. Mood
Dr. Mood received his B.S. in Biochemistry with a minor in biblical studies from Biola University. He went on to earn his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine. His research involved the synthesis of antifungal molecules as well as computational and machine learning approaches for chemical reactivity. He then completed a Teaching Postdoctoral Fellowship at Vanguard University, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. He is passionate about teaching and seeing students learn. He enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel, son Samuel, and daughter Lydia.
